Product Name:UV-2301 UV-curable Unsaturated Polyester Resin

1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin.. Enhanced with magnesium oxide, UV2301 showcases stability and thickening properties. It can be cured efficiently using ultraviolet lamps, boasting superior glass fiber wettability, rapid curing speeds, and outstanding mechanical properties. This resin is ideal for UV curing trenchless repair (CIPP) applications in sewer pipelines, as well as oil and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for Use:1) The UV2301 resin can be thickened using a magnesium oxide paste. The model and quantity of the magnesium oxide paste directly influence the thickening viscosity and rate.Small batch trials are recommended before application to ensure optimal results.2) UV2301 resin can be cured using both *** lamps and UV-LED lamps. For other light sources, we advise conducting small-batch trials beforehand.

5. Storage:
1) Store the product in black IBC tanks or iron drums due to its ultraviolet light initiator content. Ensure the packaging remains in a dark, completely opaque environment.
2) During transportation, adhere to the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations.'
3) Avoid heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep the container sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry area with temperatures below 25ºC. The product has a 6-month shelf life, which decreases with rising temperatures.
